Welcome. I am a fully trained, BACP registered and accredited Psychodynamic Counsellor with over 10 years’ experience of working therapeutically with adults. I offer counselling in Stour Row just outside Shaftesbury.
There are times when we feel sad, overwhelmed, anxious, stressed and low. This might be because we are experiencing family and relationship issues, have difficulties at work, have lost a loved one or just feel that we are at a ‘cross roads’ in life. Counselling can provide you with the opportunity and a safe, caring and confidential space to explore and resolve troubling feelings and issues such as these.
Issues that I specialise in include:
Abuse, adoption, anger management, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, carer support, depression, domestic violence, family issues, ill health/disability, infertility, low self esteem, lack of confidence, mental health issues, miscarriage, post natal depression, redundancy, relationship issues, self harm, suicidal feelings, separation and divorce, stress, work related issues.

I work within the ethical guidelines of the BACP (British Association For Counsellors and Psychotherapists).
I offer telephone and Skype counselling and some evening and weekend appointments.
My fees are £55 per session.
